3.1 7-Day Unopened Inspection Window
If an un-deployed automation kit, sensor probe array, or drip-irrigation accessory payload arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, displays transit damage, or deviates from the ordered technical model parameters, you may request a fresh exchange or credit replacement within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a hardware verification claim, the items must be entirely unused, completely un-assembled, free of soil or water contact trace particles, and stored inside their original pristine retail packaging with all factory engineering quality seals untampered.
3.2 Electronic Component & Custom Pipeline Exclusions
To maintain absolute electronic and sanitary security across our network, any electronic soil testing probes that have been unsealed or introduced to raw substrate testing fields, as well as custom-cut PVC pipelines, personalized drip-hose lengths, or custom-calibrated fertilizer mixing pumps, cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Furthermore, any standard automation component that has had its protective housing disassembled or its internal firmware manually overridden is strictly excluded from returns.
3.3 Quality Verification & Financial Replenishment
Once your hardware or accessory cargo is safely received back at our central technical distribution hub, it undergoes a rigorous electrical diagnostic scan, structural evaluation, and component serial audit to verify its original technical integrity. Approved claims are processed as immediate store wallet credits or direct financial replacements within 7-10 business days. Return logistics and secure courier arrangements for verified warehouse errors or shipment discrepancies will be fully managed and covered by ZaraiTech.
