Terms & Conditions
2.1 Hardware Calibration & Operational Realities
We make every effort to display precise engineering metrics, voltage parameters, structural measurements, and chemical compatibility specs for all hydroponic setups, automated drip-irrigation units, and digital soil sensors. However, because actual agricultural output depends heavily on external, unmanageable real-world factors (such as local groundwater fluctuations, ambient Pakistani climate shifts, heatwaves, pest pressures, and manual seed quality selection), ZaraiTech does not guarantee specific crop yield percentages or financial agricultural returns based on the deployment of our technical hardware.
2.2 Engineering Compliance & On-Site Deployment Responsibility
We source high-performance, durable, and heavy-duty farm-tech components from globally verified electronics and agricultural tooling manufacturers. The purchaser or local field technician is solely responsible for executing proper on-site electrical wiring, secure plumbing connections, and waterproofing insulation for all outdoor solar or main-line power connections. ZaraiTech is not liable for secondary crop loss, electronic component short-circuiting due to unshielded monsoon exposure, hardware damage from improper water pressure calibration, or labor costs arising from faulty installation techniques.
2.3 Heavy Payload Secured Logistics Across Pakistan
By establishing a hardware order, you agree to provide valid, precise, and easily accessible freight delivery coordinates within Pakistan. We handle delicate digital tracking components, heavy-duty piping, and fragile glass/polycarbonate cultivation apparatuses with extreme care, utilizing heavy-duty industrial corner inserts, shock-absorbing custom packaging wraps, and wooden crates for bulk volume drops to preserve component integrity. While we coordinate with premium domestic heavy-freight courier lines for secure, priority delivery across the territory, we are not responsible for transport delays caused by external checkpoint constraints or regional road closures.
